A quick look through the by laws (literally a 5 minute job) shows 1) you can't restrict access to nay common areas (like that door). While I understand it needs to be locked, it can't be without giving all owners access. 2) Board must have 3 people - I was told it has 2. Survey says - NO! 3) Board meetings are the 1st of Jan, Apr, July and Oct, and notice must be given as to location 48 hours in advance (it wasn't). All Board meetings must be open to any owner. It wasn't and they weren't.
