Apparently we had between 2000 and 300 people at the rally at federal plaza today.

Of course, being a camera-whore, i started looking around for pictures of myself. Haven't fount too many so far, but here are some that struck me.


you can see the back of my sign (with the border of yellow stars which read "And Justice For All" and had a clip-art of a wedding ring on it)


I was standing next to the camera when this pic was taken - I saw their signs and went up to thank them for coming.


I also met the women in that wedding photo - they were there with a bunch of their friends. they were lovely together.


Yeah - they are SO scary!


I think this says more about what it is to be an American than any photo I have ever seen.

I've never figured out what they're defending. It's not like gay couples are busting down doors and tearing up hetero marriage certificates.

Of course, in the bible it's not like they had marriages certificates and huge elaborate church weddings. People sort of did the "yeah ok you can have my daughter and these 12 cows" ..maybe we should go back to that! No marriages, just livestock agreements

'Nise took a photo of a sign from the protest in Dayton that read something like "My mom's been married 3 times, My dad's been married 4 times. What exactly are you defending?"
