Board meeting tonight.
Voted to hire a proper management company.
Voted to replace overpaid and underperforming maintenance guy. (I need to touch base with the people at the new prospects building to make sure he doesn't suck)
Set date for April Annual meeting. Explained what is required to do this.

Budget should have been out by now for voting on at the annual meeting, but with management company transition it will be delayed 30 days. Proposed budget will be handed out at the annual meeting and vote (in person or by proxy) will be scheduled at that time.

Surprise, I have been asked to run for President and I said yes. As long as there is a management company available to handle emergency calls when I'm traveling, I have absolutely no reservations about it.
