Making a virtue of necessity

Because of all the free time I suddenly have, I'm making a virtue of necessity by getting a lot of stuff done that I've been putting off or just couldn't schedule.
I'm taking Pepper Bunny to the vet before her insurance resets - saves a new $50 copay. She's mostly ok, but it's time for a recheck to make sure we're still on-track for treating that chronic pasteurella. She's also feeling a little bony so I want her weight checked, and she's been awfully snuggly lately which means she likely isn't feeling well.
I followed a Craisglist ad and have booked a free student manicure on Monday. I've never actually had a manicure.
I put some simple shelves up in the kitchen window last night and moved or repotted a couple of my herb plants inside to overwinter. We'll see how that works. I'm going to cut back the mints and hibernate them in the basement, and move the rosemary inside to a dim window - it's a BIG pot. Still not sure about the lemon thyme - I tried to repot a partial section and if that works I'll but it back and it can hang out all winter with the mints. Everything else gets dried out, the plants pulled out and the dirt stored with a sprinkling of bunny poop so that it will be all ready for spring.
I'm still not sleeping terribly well and prone to stress headaches, but I figure that's to be expected.
