Yeah, but Ohio (I think) just ruled against it. I figure it will happen eventually, due to the idiot backlash. For Ja's sake, what does it matter to anyone besides the couples in question? How does banning one kind of marriage do anything to protect theirs? Must be an awfully weak marriage to be threatened by that small a thing!
