Most of Iowa is covered in stormclouds.

Our Maryville and Marion office have closed "Due to severe weather conditions".

Ick.

We called off rehearsal tonight- Josie doesn't want to drive homw in this and I'm still coughing up goop, so I'm going to stay in, drink hot choccy and mebbe wench-chat.

Meh.

I think you're about to get what we've been having. It snowed here in Emporia from about 2:30 yesterday afternoon to about 12:30 today. Then, it just stopped.

I absolutely adore my landlords' lawn service (he works for one of them at a hardward store & does lawns & snow removal on the side). He not only scrapes the drive, he shovels out around the driver's side of the truck, which is grass instead of cement.

Were I coughing up goop, I'd stick to tea and Dew and hot soup. But then again, I don't sufficiently appreciate chocolate (to quote ashtalet)!
