We have a whole hour from 1:30-2:30. We also have minions. In return for us playing the country dance sets, the dancers have said they will do food and water runs for us as needed.

Or better yet, when will they have time to clone themselves to be two places at once?

That's the real issue - and there really isn't any good time to move them to that won't give us three sets in a row. They are looking to see if the fiddle/drum duo that is coming can possibly help them out on that set because their last set is scheduled at 4. Otherwise they'll have to do just a teaching set with clapping
