Actually, yes. You flat out asked her this morning if she was planning on firing you, and she said no. Document it officially. Because if she's not planning on firing you, then she's planning on laying you off... *innocent blink* Better unemployment benefits from layoffs than firings anyway, and less likely to be challenged on a resume.
Start getting your ducks lined up, hon. Not like you weren't looking to leave, but there's a difference between "termination without cause" and "termination with cause" in the eyes of the unemployment commission... And getting canned because you're uncomfortable with the work environment isn't kosher.
A request: Could you please put some text with a URL like that, instead of showing the URL itself? It's about 6 times as wide as my browser window, and forces horizontal scrolling of my friends list. Thanks.
