Someone has seen Dave's audition video and thinks I'm cute, and asked if I was single.

My reply:

"YES! Er, I mean why yes I happen to be single at this time. Unless they are really icky or scary in which case I've suddenly decided I'm a lesbian"

For anyone trying to call or visit me..

My ward has a runoff election on the 17th. I'm screening all my calls until then, and if I don't know you're coming I don't answer the door.

I get at least one call a day from someone or other. At least two days a week someone rings my door buzzer. And 2-3 days a week at least one if not both candidates is at the train station. I tell them "nothing personal, but please leave me alone".

And there are at least two pieces of mail EVERY DAY from one campaign or another - some masquerading as regular mail because they are written by "a concerned citizen" to urge me to vote for their pet candidate.

All of this has been going on for more than a month now. I made up my mind weeks ago so this is all just really annoying.
