As I suspected

About 15 minutes into the interview I said "You know, I don't have any doubt that I can DO the job, but I really don't think this is going to be a good fit for me." The guy was momentarily baffled by this, but I thanked him for his time, shook hands, and left.

Don't think anyone's ever said "no" to him before.
It'll be good for him.

wow - I made real food

Yes I know - I'm the last person on the planet to get a George Foreman Grill. But I got a box from some e-bay vendor that I never heard of today, and the wrapped box was a bit mangled. When I went to see if it was intact, the words "oreman Gri" were visible and I squeed.

See, stealthbunny has been plying me with stories about how wonderful they are, so I put one on my Amazon wish list. And behold - it arrived.

I made a little steaklet on it tonight. And it was good.
