Caspian Seen

Meh.

I liked some of the stuff they added, and hated others (What was up with the White Witch cameo?). Laughed inappropriately at at least one point:

MIRAZ: "You had best hope your brother's sword is sharper than his pen!"
Me: Well, it would have to be, right? Otherwise you'd cut your paper all up every time you tried to write a lettter....

There was cool stuff and everything, and I did go YAY at one point, but in general it just didn't grab me. Caspian was too old, and there was a vague romance vibe between him and Susan which was TOTALLY out of place. And the battle scenes were cool but pretty derivative and WTF with the repeating seige engines and being able to cut stone pillars in half with a sword?

And the TRAILERS? Emo vampires and dancing chihuahuas!?!?!? Guess I can save my pennies...

Guess this is a good sign

I just followed an odd crackling sound to discover that Pepper has managed to dig a small empty microwave popcorn bag out of the trash and had her head inside. Guess her sense of smell (and mischief) are returning.

Now she is all strrrrreeetched out on the floor next to my chair, with her dirty bunny feets kicked out behind her. I guess I need to vacuum again.
