wendyzskiSaw this the other day and it sounded nummy. I halved it to these proportions and it was very tasty.
*4 slices of buttered bread, cubed
*3 eggs beaten
*1 cup plus 2 Tbs milk
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
*1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or more, if you like)
*1/2 lb. sausage, browned, drained and cooled
Fold all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Pour into ungreased 8x8 dish and bake at 325 for 1 hour or until set and browned.
